Fundación Servidoras Madres para los Abandonados de las Calles
La Fundación se encuentra situada en el departamento del Norte de Santander, en la localidad de Cúcuta, Colombia. Las Hermanas Blanca Inés y Ana Victoria Rincón coordinan la Fundación. Allí se presta asistencia social sin alojamiento a la población vulnerable mixta colombo-venezolana en situación de calle. Con la ayuda de voluntarias venezolanas para cumplir los cronogramas de la Fundación. Reciben donaciones de alimentos, del Banco Diocesano de Alimentos de Cúcuta, de Padres redentoristas y de particulares para pagar servicios públicos como agua, luz y gas. Trabajan de domingo a domingo ofreciendo desayunos, almuerzos y cenas a un promedio de 350 personas diarias.

A la hora del almuerzo primero
ingresan a dos personas para adecuar el
comedor en el garaje y después permiten entrar al recinto a treinta personas
más. Antes de almorzar rezan el rosario
para después consumir los alimentos. Paralelamente una voluntaria le hace
entrega de una ficha a la población restante con el fin de intercambiarla por
alimento empacado en bolsas transparentes. Este procedimiento se realiza a
través de una ventana y por la reja que resguarda a la Fundación de la calle,
frente a la casa. Primero son atendidos las mujeres y los niños que esperan en
filas ordenadas y luego los hombres.
La Fundación Servidoras Madres para
los Abandonados en las calles contribuye a mejorar la calidad de la nutrición.
Salud y bienestar físico al ofrecer además ropa, medicina y apoyo espiritual.

The Foundation is located in the department of North of Santander, in the town of Cúcuta, Colombia, Sisters Blanca Ines and Ana Victoria Rincon coordinate the Foundation. There, social assistance is provided without accommodation to the vulnerable mixed Colombian-Venezuelan population living in the streets. At lunchtime, first two people come in to set up the tables in the garage and then they allow thirty people to enter the premises. They all pray the rosary and then eat the food. In parallel, a volunteer gives a voucher to the remaining population to exchange for food packaged in transparent bags. This is done through a window in the front of the house behind a gate that protects the Foundation from the street. Women and children who wait in orderly rows are taken care of first followed by men. The Foundation of Serving Mothers for the Abandoned in the Streets contributes to the improvement of the quality of nutrition. Health and physical wellbeing by also offering clothing, medicine and spiritual support.
