Phase 5 Hope For Venezuelan Refugees “Soup Meal” Program - Rosmery at Centro de Apoyo Mery, distributes nutritious bowls of chicken soup and arepas (traditional Venezuelan bread) to the Venezuelan refugees, migrants, and walkers "caminantes" walking through the El Alto de Pamplona on their way to the risky and cold region of the Paramo de Berlín and other Colombian cities.
