Phase 9 Hope For Venezuelan Refugees Project Meal Program at Albergue Vanessa - December 2024 - Hope For Venezuelan Refugees

Phase 9 Hope For Venezuelan Refugees Project Meal Program at Albergue Vanessa December 2024.
For over six years, hundreds of Venezuelan refugees in transit, “caminantes,” have crossed the roads of Norte de Santander in Colombia daily, enduring extreme conditions to reach Colombian cities or neighboring countries.
Previously, seven humanitarian points provided vital aid along the route, but only four remain operational today, with limited resources: La Parada, La Don Juana, Pamplona, and Berlín.
Despite many challenges, heroic volunteers from civil society and generous donors continue to support the Hope for Venezuelan Refugees project. Thanks to their efforts, we distribute nutritious hot meals at Albergue Vanessa and Fundación Hermanos Caminantes. Both serve as key support points for Venezuelan refugees in transit, fleeing violence and food insecurity under the Nicolás Maduro regime.
Join us in our mission to alleviate hunger and build peace.
