Activities at Albergue Vanessa, july 23, Pamplona

 

Hope For Venezuelan Refugees Phase 5 - Volunteers at Albergue Vanessa distribute bowls of soup to refugees and walkers “caminantes” in trasit through Pamplona. It is heartbreaking to hear the same story from most of the refugees they walk from city to city and sadly express: “we are hungry, and we can no longer survive in a country where food is not available or too expensive to pay. Therefore, with no money and nowhere to go, we packed our bags and backpacks, and were forced to leave in despair, leaving behind our families and everything we had worked for.”

Together, we are bringing hope and alleviating hunger affecting thousands of refugees, migrants and caminantes on the Cúcuta-Pamplona humanitarian route. We are serving to save life!!
