Phase 5 Hope For Venezuelan Refugees “Soup Meal” Program - Venezuelan refugees, migrants, and walkers “caminantes” lined up to receive the kit distributed at the Red Cross assistance point on the Pamplona route. After receiving their kit, most migrants walk for hours until the reach the Centro de Apoyo Mery in El Alto de Pamplona, where they stop for a soup meal and rest before continuing to the Paramo de Berlín and other Colombian cities.
