Hope For Venezuelan Refugees Phase 5 - Every day, thousands of Venezuelans stream into Colombia through “trochas.” These improvised crossings trails along the Venezuela-Colombia border have become the only access between the two countries for Venezuelan traveling on-foot, where they are exposed to extremely high-risk and vulnerable situations.

Together, we are bringing hope and alleviating hunger affecting thousands of refugees, migrants and caminantes on the Cúcuta-Pamplona humanitarian route.
