Hope For Venezuelan Refugees Project - Volunteers at Punto de Apoyo Hermanos Caminantes Venezolanos y Colombianos prepare the traditional hallacas for the Venezuelan refugees in transit “caminantes” fleeing Venezuela and for those returning to Venezuela.

Many Venezuelan are walking hundreds of miles from different host countries in Latin America to join their families during the Christmas holidays. Most of them plan to take their family members in the long and challenging trip back to their host country.
