I was thrilled with to meet with Rise Against Hunger founder Ray Buchanan, and members of the RAH Houston team, and Catherine Mayfield at the 2022 Rotary International Convention in Houston.
I was invited by Rotary International and the Rotary Action Group for Refugees, Forced Displacement, and Migration to speak at the “Responding to the Refugee and Displacement Crisis” breakout session panel
where I had the opportunity to present the update of the Hope For Venezuelan Refugees Project, including our work and partnership with Rise Against Hunger from 2018 to 2021.
